Courtney and her BTC teammates knocked out their world championship standards in the 5k at the fast Boston University indoor track.

After pacing the race for the first 4k, Courtney went on to finish in 15:12 for a new 19 sec PR. Courtney last raced the 5k at Boston University in December of 2015.
